Please be advised that you are charged for a protection plan during the online leasing process. The terms of your lease require coverage of your items. The Protection Plan is designed to protect your belongings from loss or damage while in storage. The cost of the protection plan is $12. This coverage can be used to replace items, cover deductibles or possibly avoid claims on other insurance you may have. You will be provided with a copy of the plan for your records. If you prefer to use a different form of coverage or be self-insured, please provide our managers with proof of coverage, and we will be glad to remove your Protection Plan coverage.
